Baseball Drops Doubleheader at Wharton

Temple College baseball lost both games of a doubleheader in Wharton today to Wharton County Junior College. The Leopards lost the first game by a score of 6-1. Jeb Malek was the loser in relief. Breck Potvin led the Leopards I the losing effort going 2 for 3 at the plate.
In the second game, Wharton scored 10 runs in the last 3 innings to come from behind for a 10 - 4 win. Chance Norman took the loss in relief and Max Puls went 4 for 4 with a double and 3 singles. Temple College is now 2-7 on the season.
