Leopards Suffer First Conference Loss at Ranger

A combination of technical fouls and poor three-point plagued the Leopards in their 90-83 loss to Ranger College on the road. The Leopards outscored Ranger 48-46 in the second half but it wasn't enough for the comeback win. Kedrian Johnson was the game's leading scorer with an impressive 39 points. Bryson Etienne added 15 points and Terreon Randolph grabbed 15 rebounds. The Leopards combined for 20 steals and nine blocked shots but were held to just six assists.

The Leopards are now 17-3 overall and are 4-1 in conference. The Leopards will host Ranger College in round two of conference on February 20 but will be back in action this Saturday January 27 when they host Southwestern Christian College at 4:00 p.m. You can watch the game live by clicking on the video link on the men's basketball schedule.
