Temple College sophomore pitcher Dalilah Barrera has been selected to represent TC and Region V North in the annual NJCAA All-Star games this weekend at Lamar University in Beaumont. Barrera, a 2nd Team All-Conference selection last season, appeared in 28 games starting 20 of them and had a record of 14-4 with 4 saves. Barrera pitched 122 innings and tallied up 185 strikeouts while allowing only 60 walks. Barrera and Region V North will face Lamar University at 2:00 p.m. and a combined Region 14 South and East at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday November 4.
Sophomore AmyAnn Loeffler had been selected to also represent TC and Region V North at the All-Star games but is unable to participate due to injury.
