On today's game…
I saw some positives today in our game, but there are still quite a few things that we need to improve on. It is always good to pick up a win, but we are still a ways off of reaching the potential of this team.
Dawson Tourney, Freshman Pitcher
On first career start...
I was a little nervous walking out to the mound, but when I saw the team I had behind me I felt confident to go out and throw. Our defense helped keep us in the game and gave us time for the bats to get hot at the end of the game. All in all, the team faught hard to get the win by the end of day. However, we still have more to prove.
