Temple, Texas- The Leopards improved to 18-10 on the season and 6-6 in conference play with an 83-78 victory over Collin County on Saturday afternoon. Trailing by one point at halftime, TC went on an 11-4 run early in the second half to hold on for the five-point victory. The Leopards were led by Quenton Coleman's 26 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists while Maison Adeleye had 25 points. Jaedaun Slack again contributed double figures off the bench scoring 10 and Freshmen Justin Collins and Kino Thompson continued their solid all-around play as each had 5 rebounds and 2 steals. Sherrod Whitley's clutch free throws with only a few seconds left pushed the lead out of reach to solidify the victory.
