The Leopard offense struggled off of Ranger pitchers in their split with Ranger College in Temple. Temple mustered just two hits in their game one 2-1 win. Alyssa Escamilla led off with a triple and Tiler Noyola hit a sac fly to get the offense going in the bottom of the first. In the third Lenzi Stewart walked and Savanna Parker hit a RBI single and that was all the offense Temple needed for the game one win. Breanna Hernandez earned the win throwing all seven innings for the Leopards.

In game two the offense continued to struggle only getting four hits in their 3-1 loss. Temple's lone run came from a Mercedes Beltran sac fly that scored Parker in the fifth inning to tie the game at 1-1. Relief pitcher Taylor Gruell took the loss in two innings of work, giving up two earned runs in the seventh.

The Leopards are now 5-1 in conference and 21-5 overall. TC will be back in action at Grayson College March 13 in Denison.
